- Researching and updating Petrochemicals databases and ensuring that the information captured for each plants/projects in the database is accurate and updated.
- Managing and tracking timelines to ensure timely updates of the database as well as delivering information to clients.
- Day to day operations includes secondary research, primary research, client query handling, managing internal clients and their queries, etc.
- Using Microsoft office tools - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Responsible for researching and analyzing the available data to enhance the content of the Petrochemicals Plants and Market Database.
- Dealing confidently and effectively with client queries. Managing and tracking timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinating with Software team.
Preferred candidate profile
- High attention to details
- Chemicals/Petrochemicals subject knowledge
- Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook type packages
- Secondary and primary research skills
- Experience working with large data files
- Proactive attitude
- Good verbal, written and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel and other data analysis tool (python webscrapping etc.) would be an additional advantage.
